Immigration/Customs C5 form
PICA requires a completed, signed C5 form for the immigration interview. Complete it online or use a physical form; the online service asks for passport, trip, address and customs-declaration details.

Extensions need approval before your landing time expires
Apply to PICA before the leave-by date stamped when you entered; an extension is not automatic. PICA lists a visitor maximum of 12 months for Commonwealth citizens and 6 months for non-Commonwealth citizens, but these are overall visitor-category ceilings, not the stay granted automatically on arrival. A visitor-extension application requires a passport with at least six months remaining, a return ticket, a letter explaining the reason, any applicable entry visa and a JMD 10,000 processing fee.
