Visa exemptions : For passengers holding APEC business travel cards, if they are traveling on business, their valid stay until MEX is a maximum of 180 days. The card is valid for the countries listed on the back of the card. Passengers holding visas issued by Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom or Schengen member countries have a maximum stay of 180 days. Passengers holding a visa issued by the United States can stay for up to 180 days.

Passport exemptions : Nationals of Philippines with an emergency passport.
Passport Validity : Passports and other documents that accept entry must be valid upon arrival. Warning: If departing from the United States (regardless of whether there are any destination passport exemptions), the US immigration authorities need to provide a valid passport and / or acceptable departure documents.
Information about minors : If traveling with a passport holder, foreign minors (7 years and older) registered in their parent / guardian passports do not need a passport. When traveling alone, all minors under 14 years of age should be accompanied by an adult.
Warnings: Passengers holding APEC business travel cards must travel with their passports. The passport number and nationality must match the passport number on the card. Tourists who do not hold round-trip tickets may be denied entry. U.S. visas with separate extensions are not accepted.
